THE HONEY BEES
We work with Carniolan, Italian and Russian Honeybees. These honeybees were selected for their positive traits . These three breeds are known for their honey collection, honey storage, wintering well and pest resistance.
HEAD BEEKEEPER
With an undying fascination for the honey bee Conni Carnley spends most of her time around the apiary, making sure our bees are well taken care of and practices are environmentally sound. Her maternal grandfather was a beekeeper as was one of her maternal aunts.
Conni is the developer and creator of the honey and beeswax based products we sell in our store.
